AI Policy

All Scrimshaw tattoo designs are drawn by me. I do not use generative AI to create, modify, or finish artwork for tattoos.

I may use traditional reference materials, client-provided inspiration, photography, and digital drawing tools as part of my process, but the artwork itself is created by hand.

Tattooing is such a personal, human art form. I believe the design you wear should come from an artist, not an algorithm.

I also ask that clients do not submit AI-generated images as artwork to be copied directly. If you have an AI image that helps communicate an idea, you're welcome to share it as general inspiration, and I'll create an original design from there.
