A small contribution from every tattoo, given back to the waters that inspire us.
Scrimshaw is shaped by the waters, wildlife, and communities of the Pacific Northwest. For every tattoo completed, $5 is set aside and shared between two organizations working to protect and strengthen the place we call home: SeaDoc Society and The Salish Sea School.
Whether you come aboard for a tiny piece of flash or a larger custom tattoo, the same $5 contribution is made. Every appointment helps support scientific research, marine education, and a healthier future for the Salish Sea.

SeaDoc Society
SeaDoc Society works to ensure the health of marine wildlife and their ecosystems through science and education. Based on Orcas Island, SeaDoc conducts and supports research throughout the Salish Sea, then helps turn that science into meaningful conservation action.
The Salish Sea School
The Salish Sea School helps people of all ages build a deeper connection with the sea through hands-on shore and water exploration. Its programs combine outdoor adventure, place-based education, citizen research, and environmental stewardship—helping inspire the next generation of people who will care for these waters.
